Guacamole

2 large Avocados
1 each Roma tomato — chopped
2 tablespoons onion — minced
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons cilantro — chopped
1 clove garlic — minced
2 teaspoons Jalapeno – minced
salt — to taste
Pit and peel avocados, place in bowl. Add tomatoes, onions, lime juice, cilantro, garlic and jalapenos. With a fork, coarsely mash mixture and salt to taste.
